OnSet Staffing Terms and SMS Terms

OnSet Staffing is a workforce time-tracking app operated by Freshout Enterprises LLC for its own employees and contractors. Accounts are created by the company; there is no public sign-up. By using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Using the app
- Use your own account only, and keep your password private.
- Clock in and out honestly, at the work site, for time you actually work. Time records are wage records; the office may review and correct them, and every change is recorded.
- Do not use messaging to harass anyone or to share anything unlawful.
SMS Terms (work alerts)
- Program: OnSet Staffing work alerts.
- What you receive: texts when you are assigned to a job, when a job you are on changes, and when your shift is cancelled or reassigned. No marketing messages.
- How you opt in: you give your mobile number to the company when you are hired and switch on Text me work alerts in the app under More → Account. The switch is off until you turn it on, and the consent wording is shown beside it (see how it looks). Consent is not a condition of employment.
- Message frequency varies with your schedule.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message, or switch Text me work alerts off in the app. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts.
- For help: reply HELP, or email info@onset-staffing.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We will post any change to these terms here and update the effective date.
