Text message work alerts

SMS program · OnSet Staffing

OnSet Staffing, operated by Freshout Enterprises LLC, sends text messages to its own crew members (employees and contractors) about changes to their work: when they are put on a job, when a job they are on changes, and when their shift is cancelled. We do not send marketing texts.

How crew opt in

  1. Crew members sign in to the OnSet Staffing app (iPhone or Android) with an account the company created for them. There is no public sign-up.
  2. They open More → Account and enter their own mobile number.
  3. Under Notifications, they turn on “Text me work alerts”. The switch is off by default; nobody is texted until they turn it on themselves.
The consent shown beside the switch in the app: By turning this on, you agree to receive work alert texts from OnSet Staffing at your mobile number: when you are put on a job, a job you are on changes, or your shift is cancelled.
