I have no signal on site. Clock in anyway. The punch and photos are saved on your phone and sent automatically when signal returns. The office sees that it arrived late, not that it was missed.
It says I need three photos. Company policy requires three photos at clock-in and three at clock-out: the site, cone/sign placement, and your PPE. Tap each square to take one.
My certification is out of date. Certifications are information for the office, not a lock — an expired card never stops you clocking in. Show the office your current card and they will record it under Team.
My hours are wrong. Open Timesheets, find the day, tap Request a correction. Your supervisor reviews it; the original punch stays on record.
Delete my account. More → Account → Delete my account. Your name and contact details are removed; your hours are kept anonymised as wage records.
